This is a sprouting mix made from premium-quality, certified organic seeds. 

**Ingredients:** Kamut, spelt, red wheat, quinoa, brown lentils, black lentils, green lentils, mung beans, fenugreek, red clover, alfalfa, and radish.

**Usage Instructions:** .For successful sprouting: Soak the grains in water for 12 hours, then rinse them thoroughly with clean water every 8 to 12 hours for 48 hours or more before offering them to your bird. You can let the sprouts grow longer, provided you rinse them well every 8 to 12 hours. We recommend offering the sprouts alongside your bird's regular food to help with adaptation. Do not mix in with dry food.
